Rich joined Lopata Flegel & Company in 2000 and primarily serves clients in the areas of accounting, auditing and financial reporting as well as business planning, acquisitions and tax planning. He takes a highly consultative approach to his client relationships and strives to be a valued, trusted advisor to all clients. He serves businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and service industries both owner-managed as well as companies that are owned by private equity investors. In addition to client responsibilities, Rich is active in the firm’s internal technology and quality control areas.
