Patricia Myers, CPA and Richard Prine, CPA have been promoted to principals at Lopata, Flegel & Company LLP, an accountant and management consultant firm based in St. Louis.
Myers specializes in tax planning and compliance for small and mid-sized businesses, individuals and trusts. Her areas of expertise include research tax credits and special needs trusts. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Butler University and has been with the firm since 2003.
Prine serves clients from manufacturing, distribution, construction, service and private equity industries and specializes in auditing, financial reporting, business planning, acquisitions and tax planning. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Louis University and has been with the firm since 2000.
Both are also members the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accounts
