Nancy has had a long and dedicated career with LFCO, initially working with the firm from 1990 to 1999 and returning in 2005, where she continues to contribute today. She has held a management position since 2007 and currently serves as Administration Manager, overseeing multiple departments while maintaining hands-on involvement in audit, tax, and small business services.
She began her career in audit, drawn to the detail-oriented and investigative nature of the work. Over time, she has expanded her expertise across audit, tax, and small business services, keeping her work engaging and challenging.
Nancy credits her long tenure at LFCO to the firm’s exceptional flexibility and supportive culture. Over the course of her career, she has been able to adjust her schedule and responsibilities to fit her personal and professional needs—from reducing hours while raising her children, taking a five-year sabbatical, to returning part-time and eventually transitioning back to full-time management. This adaptable environment “makes me feel like I am part of a family,” and has made LFCO a unique and rewarding place to build her career.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
