STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Due to strong, sustained growth, we are currently seeking a Staff Accountant who is a self-motivated, client service oriented team player to join our business solutions team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to day accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Perform monthly bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for multiple clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Support payroll processing and payroll tax reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Experience in monthly closings
- Experience in bookkeeping
