Rachel has been with Lopata, Flegel & Company since 2022 and serves as our firm’s Marketing Director. Rachel wears many hats as she is responsible for our firm marketing, recruiting, communications and retention efforts.
“Since joining the firm, I have been able to grow in a variety of areas. I received my degree in marketing and my work is very exciting as I dive into each area of marketing for the firm and use my expertise to the fullest. Another area of focus is on employee culture which includes event planning and generally working to make employees happy. I have also been able to grow the firm as I head our recruiting efforts from sourcing to interviewing. On a more personal note, I believe the management team truly cares about our employees and works hard to ensure everyone is feeling fulfilled and supported.”
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Management from the University of Central Missouri.
